Important Information

A 50% deposit is required. Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup.

Changes to design, flavour or date are accepted no later than H-3.

Detailed cake decorations are handmade, therefore the final result may not be 100% identical to a reference image.

Gloomy ensures secure packaging. Damage occurring during third-party delivery or after self-pickup is outside our responsibility.

Cakes are best consumed within 3 days and should be kept in an air-conditioned room or refrigerator.

Avoid exposing the cake to direct sunlight.
